RETURNS: Our easy online return policy is set up for your convenience, so no worries... it's easy!
Make sure all your items have original tags, are not washed, worn or used to ensure your store credit. Please return within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and full name with your return.
TRACKING: After the return has been shipped, please keep a record of your tracking information. We will issue an online store credit code in the amount of the item(s) minus shipping costs. This will occur within 5 to 7 days after processing.
FINAL SALES: Sale items, discounted prices, clearance items, undergarments, promotional merchandise, and special orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Jewelry is not eligible for returns unless piece is damaged.
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged piece or incorrect order, please reach out and let us know via email within 48 hours of receiving your package.
